Happy Birthday Sparkle!

Hello and Happy Monday Everybody! Today is a very special day at La-La Land! Today is Sparkle’s Birthday, our Guest Designer! Not only Sparkle has a very beautiful name, but also her cards are so much of a joy to look at! They are so colorful and fun; they have the prettiest embellishments and variety of unique layouts… And what I like the best about her cards, they are so personal. She creates them for her friends and family and tells different stories about it. I like visiting her blog and reading her posts, and that is what makes her art one of a kind!

So, Happy Birthday Sparkle!!! May your day be as wonderful as you are!

Our awesome Designers and Guest Designers prepared a little celebration for our Sparkle. Each of us created a card and wrote a special post in honor of this special day.

La La Weekly Wednesday Challenge #31 - Make Your Own Flowers

Welcome to another La La Weekly Wednesday Challenge!

It's Kim and I am this week's hostess! Before I get to this week's challenge, I would like to thank everyone who participated in last week's LLWWC#30 - RECYCLE IT Challenge. We were so happy to see your cards with LLLC stamps!

This week's challenge is MAKE YOUR OWN FLOWERS! I have been seeing quite a lot of handmade flowers lately so this challenge should be an easy one for everyone! There are many different ways to make a flower. For example,- use flower punches
- use nestabilities
- use ribbons
- use lace
- use fabric
There are LOTS AND LOTS of ways to make them!

Here's what you need to do to participate:
IMPORTANT!! We have made a few changes!

1) Create a NEW card/project for the challenge. You are more than welcome to combine challenges!

2) Everyone is welcome to play, but to qualify for Top Three and for the prize your project must have one of La-La Land Crafts stamps on it!! You are welcome to use any other stamps along with LLLC images, such as sentiments, background, etc.

If you do not have any of our stamps yet, you can start your collection by purchasing one or more of our new DIGI stamps! DIGI stamps are now available in our online store. Plus, for anyone who prefers rubber, these digis are now in RUBBER!

3) Link your project to Mr. Linky below by Monday, March 29nd, 2010 at 11:59pm PST (GMT-8). Be sure to link directly to the blog or gallery post featuring your entry!
